Privacy policy
We collect the minimum we need to answer your enquiry, use it only for that, and never sell or share it for marketing. Last updated 9 August 2026.
Who we are
Fulham Renovations (https://www.fulhamrenovationbuilders.com) is the data controller for the information described here. Contact us at hello@fulhamrenovationbuilders.com or on 020 3051 9098.
What we collect and why
When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, email, property postcode and project type, plus — only if you choose to give them — your phone number, budget range, project stage, property type and message. We also record which page you submitted from, so we know which parts of the site are useful.
We use this to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a quotation, and if you become a client to carry out and certify the work. The lawful basis is performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one.
Who we share it with
Our infrastructure providers process data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email) and Airtable (our internal project desk). Each acts only on our instructions. Where a project proceeds, we share the address and scope with the structural engineer, party wall surveyor and building control body appointed for it. We never sell your details or pass them to third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months. Records relating to completed work are kept for 12 years, which is the period during which a claim could be brought under a contract executed as a deed.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or erased where we have no continuing obligation to keep it, restrict or object to processing, and request portability. Email hello@fulhamrenovationbuilders.comand we will respond within one month. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.
